The perfect gift any Scrapbooker on your list is a gift voucher for the Candy Apple Inn. An individual retreat is $190 per person but you can purchase gift vouchers in any denomination. It’s a great time to be up in the mountains in the serenity of the “Ultimate Girls Night Inn”. Wild turkeys and deer will keep you company while scrapbooking by the roaring fire. Lots of new “Chick Flicks” and Cricut Fonts have been added!

Candy Apple Inn would like to Congratulate the winners of a Free Weekend retreat at the CAI. Deana R. and Yvonne R. were the lucky receipients of weekend retreats. Deanna won hers at the EverAfter Bus Tour and Yvonne won a stay for 2 at ScrapBook Expo! They both are already making plans to get up there and SCRAP!

We all had so much fun meeting new friends that share our passion/obsession of Scrapbooking! We are so excited to share our home with you! It truly is a magical place. We have been working hard to get our name “out there” and we hope you will spread the word about our Scrapbookers Dream Home……”If you build it, they will come.” We hope to see you soon!

Hello world!

Hello there!  Welcome to the Candy Apple Inn BLOG!   My name is Michele Snead.  Together with my Mom, Theresa Adame, we started the Candy Apple Inn.  The Candy Apple Inn or ”CAI” for short was created BY Scrapbookers FOR Scrapbookers.  A “dream home”  a true retreat away from it all.  A place where you can watch the deer walking by on their way to find some lunch or see a herd of wild turkeys wondering by.  Special time to spend with friends….old and new working on getting your memories preserved.  The peacefulness of this home is second to none.  You won’t find a more relaxing retreat home!  Not a lot of  distractions nearby….only nature and the beautiful scenery.  Don’t let all that nature talk fool you though…….I’M A CITY GIRL and this 2400 sq. ft. home is brand new with all the comforts of home……no “roughing it” or “livin’ off the land” :)   We provide you with plenty of snacks, soft drinks, TV, Wireless Internet…….etc.  I hope you will check us out and give CAI a try.  No matter which season you decide to visit, it is always picture perfect up here at The Candy Apple Inn….Julian, CA.   Check out the website at www.Candyappleinn.com look at the photobucket slideshow under the “photos” tab.  We hope to see you soon :) Happy Scrappin’
